I help organisations move AI from ambition to production. With a Computer Science foundation and CPTO experience shipping GenAI platforms, I work at the level where strategy meets what's actually buildable: from GenAI products to embodied AI and robotics.

02 Product Strategy
The gap between technology ambition and a shipped product is where most ventures stall. I thrive in that gap: the roadmap, the prioritisation calls, the build-vs-buy decisions, and the go-to-market thinking that should shape all three.

0→1 is my home territory. As a founder I built trt:labs into an award-winning technology studio; as a tech leader, I've turned early-stage ideas into validated products, spin-offs and investable propositions for startups, SMEs and research-driven organisations.
